Ozone
Ozone (O3) is a powerful tool in Oxidative Medicine. Dr. Wilcox is a pioneer in the use of IV ozone in New Mexico. His initial teacher was Robert Rowen, M.D. the first doctor in the U.S. to use ozone. He is also a pioneer in the use of ozone through other means of administration including Prolozone injections with ozone. Dr. Wilcox learned Prolozone from Frank Shallenberger, M.D, the creator of Prolozone.
Ozone is O3, or 3 atoms of oxygen combined. This gas is unstable and upon contacting blood, or other bodily fluids, it quickly becomes stable O2 plus a reactive single atom of oxygen and then peroxide compounds, and ozonides. These oxidizing agents “pull” electrons from other atoms, molecules and ions. These substances are highly reactive and kill small invading organisms like bacteria, viruses, yeasts and fungi. They are also involved in the electron transfer chain that moves essential substances into our cell where the cell’s mitochondria make ATP (Adenosine triphosphate). ATP is the source of energy for use and storage at the cellular level. It is the energy molecule of life that allows us to do muscle and mind work.
Ozone can be administered by IV in high concentrations, up to what is referred to as 10 Pass IV Ozone. As well, the ozone gas can be administered by insufflation to the nose, ears, rectum, bladder and vagina. It can also be injected and applied to the skin using a technique called topical bagging.

Hydrogen Peroxide
Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is a powerful tool in Oxidative Medicine. It is produced by nearly every cell in our body and our immune systems white blood cells produce more than any other cells, for good reason. Catalase, a natural enzyme occurring throughout our body, breaks down this H2O2 into water (H2O) and Oxygen (O). This single atom of Oxygen is an oxidant. These oxidizing agents “pull” electrons from other atoms, molecules and ions. IV administration of Hydrogen Peroxide was rediscovered in the 1990s by Charles Farr, M.D., Ph.D., and was perfected by Dr. Farr and his colleague, Dr. Maged Maged. Dr. Maged was Dr. Wilcox’s teacher. It is important to note that IV administration can be harmful to the blood vessels if not performed correctly.
Frank Shallenberger, M.D. developed a safer technique for nebulizing Hydrogen Peroxide. Dr. Wilcox learned this procedure from Dr. Shallenberger. Dr. Wilcox teaches his patients how to nebulize Hydrogen Peroxide when appropriate, thus avoiding risks of IV administration. He generally recommends this form of administration rather than IV administration.
IV Hydrogen Peroxide therapy is very powerful for a wide range of health issues, especially for lung problems. It is very effective for a cold or the flu, and for any acute viral infection. However, in such a case nebulizing it multiple times a day is recommended. Other substances can be added to the nubulizer to enhance effectiveness.

Vitamin C
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is a major antioxidant needed by the body for health. When administered intravenously higher amounts can be provided since it bypasses the body’s digestive system. Ultraviolet Blood Illumination
Ultraviolet Blood Illumination (UVBI) is a therapy developed in the early 20th century for treating septicemia. This is the medical name for blood poisoning by bacteria, viruses, and fungi. It was often fatal. With the discovery of antibiotics UVBI fell out of favor. However, with the emergence of antibiotic-resistant bacteria and potent viral infections, UVBI has reemerged as a powerful treatment for many infections and many other health issues.
Blood from an IV line in the arm is drawn through glass tube in a machine that emits ultraviolet light. Thus, the blood is exposed to the UV light and is then pushed back into the patient through the IV line. Multiple passes are possible.
